  CONSIDERED:                   The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: Secretary of Labor v. Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental, Docket No. LAKE 2011-206-M. (Issues include whether the Judge erred in concluding that the method of assembling a crane violated a mandatory standard.)
