ORDER
BY THE COMMISSION:
This matter arises under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, 30 U.S.C. § 801 et seq. (2018) (“Mine Act”). Previously, Nevada Gold filed motions to reopen two penalty assessments that had become final orders of the Commission in Docket Nos. WEST 2019-0512-M and WEST 2019-0513-M,[1] pursuant to section 105(a) of the Mine Act, 30 U.S.C. § 815(a). Nevada Gold has now informed the Commission that it has decided not to pursue its motions to reopen. Accordingly, Nevada Gold moves to withdraw its motions to reopen.
