                                ORDER

BY THE COMMISSION:

     On January 29, 1996, respondents RNS Services, Inc. and Mase
Transportation Co., Inc. filed a motion to withdraw their petition
for discretionary review in this matter.  The Secretary of Labor has
indicated that he does not oppose the motion.

     Upon consideration of the motion, it is granted and the
petition for discretionary review is dismissed.
