    CONSIDERED:                 The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: Secretary of Labor v. DQ Fire and Explosion Consultants, Docket Nos. WEVA 2011-952-R, et al. (Issues include whether the Administrative Law Judge erred in ruling that the violation of the order in question was the result of high negligence.)
