On January 3, 2018, President Donald J. Trump announced his intent to nominate Marco M. Rajkovich Jr. of Kentucky, to be a Member and Chairman of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission for the remainder of a six year term expiring August 30, 2022.
