The President has designated Commissioner Jordan to be the Chair of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.  

Commissioners Mary Lu Jordan and Timothy J. Baker were sworn in as Members of the Commission.  Four of the five Commission seats are now occupied. 

On September 29, 2022, the Senate confirmed the President's nominations of Mary Lu Jordan and Timothy Baker to be Members of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.
